Treatments can take from just 5-60 minutes depending on the size of the area being treated.

A series of 3-6 treatments is recommended for optimal results but, every patient is different. Work with your provider to develop a plan that is right for you!

Our hair naturally grows in 3 different stages. All our hair is not in the same stage at the same time, so when an area is treated only a percentage of hair follicles will be affected. Therefore, to effectively reduce your unwanted hair, multiple treatments are necessary.

You can expect to see a gradual decrease in the hair thickness and in the amount of hair present. In addition, you may also see a decrease in stubble, rashes and ingrown hairs!
Treatment Guidelines
Avoid tanning beds and sun exposure for 4-8 weeks prior to your treatment – please note that if you have a sunburn the treatment must be rescheduled
Avoid use of self-tanners immediately prior to and between laser treatments
Do not exfoliate or use glycol acid, benzyl peroxide, or any other skin irritants 1-2 weeks prior to your laser session
Please inform your aesthetician of any skin diseases, viruses, infections, cold sores, allergies, or eczema prior to your appointment
Please inform us of any medications you are taking, and of any change to medications between treatments
Avoid waxing for 6 weeks before laser appointments
Avoid any microdermabrasion or peel 2 weeks prior to your treatment
Discontinue use of bleaching creams 2 weeks prior to your treatment
Avoid application of perfumed products immediately prior to your laser session
Avoid application of sunscreen on the day of your appointment (we promise this is the only time we’ll ever suggest that!)
Avoid chlorinated water immediately prior to your laser session
Discontinue use of Accutane at least 6 months prior to your treatment
Discontinue use of any retinoid acid products 2 weeks prior to your appointment
